Our Classes
Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or ready to challenge yourself, our range of classes will meet you where you are.
🩵 Reformer Beginner’s Hub – Learn the essentials and build confidence.
💪 Strengthen and Renew (Friday 10am mornings with Natalie) – Strengthen, stabilise, and future-proof your body whilst you’re body is going through perimenopausal or menopausal changes .
🏊♀️ Swim Club Strength (with Natalie) – For swimmers to enhance core strength and performance.
🤍 Women’s Power Hour – A women-only class for confidence, community, and empowerment.
🥂 Private Duets – Exclusive 2-person sessions with Prosecco or coffee included — perfect as a gift or date. Book 1:1s via email at info@thepilatesclublondon.co.uk.
Class schedule : Monday - Friday : 7-11am and 5-9pm. Weekends are 8am-1pm .
