Carina is a Reformer Pilates instructor with a professional dance background and a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre. Drawing on her deep understanding of movement and body alignment, she leads inclusive sessions for all levels, combining a warm, encouraging style with a strong focus on technique. 🩰
Carina brings grace, precision, and a vibrant presence to every class, and is committed to helping every client feel strong, confident, and empowered.

Natalie - Strength
Tuesday 7-10am and Friday 7-10am
Natalie is a certified Reformer Pilates Instructor and experienced coach dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. She is also certified to teach barre and swimming, but her journey into Pilates began 25 years ago, playing a vital role in her recovery from a spinal fracture and return to fitness.
This personal experience gives her a unique understanding and empathy for physical rehabilitation, which she brings to her teaching.
She specialises in creating personalised Pilates experiences tailored to all levels, ensuring you feel motivated and supported on your path to wellness.🤸✨ -
Beth- Harmony
Tuesday 5-9 pm , Thursday 7-10am, and Saturday 8-1pm
Beth is a trained yoga teacher and certified Reformer Pilates instructor with a love for movement that’s both supportive and empowering. She completed her Reformer Pilates training in Sydney, Australia, where she spent time teaching and growing her passion for the practice.
Beth is passionate about Reformer and the power of mindful movement, and she teaches in the hope of helping others fall in love with it just as she has.
Expect thoughtful sequences, good vibes, and a little mindfulness woven through each class🧘🏼♀️🤸✨ -
Heather - Power
Monday 7-10am and Wednesday 7-10am
As well as being a qualified reformer instructor, Heather has a strong foundation as a qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer, and Level 3 Mat Pilates teacher. Heather brings intensity, knowledge, and passion to every session.
Dynamic and functional fitness style reformer classes are her specialty. Expect high energy, lots of fun and a full body approach in each class. 🎆✨ -
Francesca - Flow
Thursday 5-9pm and Friday 5-9pm
Fran is a passionate Reformer Pilates instructor who believes in moving with intention. Her teaching style is centered around core strength, stability, balance, and creating space in the body through long, mindful stretches.
She loves helping people reconnect with their bodies, build sustainable strength, and feel grounded both on and off the reformer. Calm, focused, and quietly driven, she brings a supportive energy to every class, always encouraging you to slow down, move with purpose, and find your own flow. 🌿
